Previous work
16 years in software, from startups with no product yet to companies with 300,000 employees. Most of it started with something stuck. Here's what happened next.
Experience at: PepsiCo · Microsoft · Oracle · SpringCM (DocuSign) · Axway
-
PepsiCo (Fortune 50, DTC e-commerce platform built in-house)
Platform Product Lead for a multi-brand platform, via Toptal. Closed ~10 stalled initiatives, some open for over a year. One of them unlocked ~$5M in sales. Along the way, brought brands to feature parity and improved platform performance. Read the case study. -
Elucidat (e-learning SaaS, ~100 people)
Led a special-projects team that delivered enterprise content-security features for a top-tier consulting client in ~6 months, and improved the release process along the way. Offered an extension at the end. Read the case study. -
SpringCM (B2B SaaS, ~220 people, acquired by DocuSign)
Director of Product, Europe. Set up the Bucharest product team; new hires were working on the live roadmap within a month. Document generation, Salesforce and DocuSign integrations, and security features shipped in under a year, before the acquisition. -
Inki Tech (business devices as a service)
Set up product and delivery from zero (tickets, docs, review and test process), set the roadmap, and v2 of the app shipped in 2 months. Ran discovery for a device-insurance business (MGA): technical feasibility, architecture, effort estimates and budget. -
Ajusto (ENGIE)
Took a home-services marketplace, connecting homeowners with electricians, plumbers and handymen, from a slide deck to launch in 3 months. 600 clients in the first 6 months, operational break-even in under a year, then expansion abroad. -
Axway (enterprise integration software)
Principal technical product owner. Delivered usage metering across cloud and on-premise deployments, introduced a feature discovery step that made complex legacy features specifiable, and launched a multi-cluster high-availability system to internal teams and customers.
Also: Smartheads (edutainment) and The Institute (creative industries).

How this work runs today
Tactical, when the work is stuck: PepsiCo and Elucidat. Today that's a special-projects lead.
Strategic, when the decisions are stuck: SpringCM and Inki Tech. Today that's an interim head of product.
Both start with a 2-week roadmap and delivery review.
