Everyone's vibe-coding these days. Point an LLM at a problem, get working code, ship it, move on. It works — sort of. But if nobody with real product sense is involved, you end up with something that functions but doesn't feel right. Users notice. They might not tell you why they left, but they will leave.

Vibe product management is the opposite of managing by spreadsheet. It means someone is paying attention to how your product actually feels — the flow, the friction, the moments where users get confused or frustrated. Not through frameworks or ceremonies, but by talking to people, using the product and having enough experience to know what's off.
