How I work
- Discovery sprint first — 2 weeks, fixed price. You get scope, architecture and a fixed price per phase.
- Then one engagement — a product build or an interim product lead. Full-time, with a set length, scope and end date agreed up front. If it works, we review and agree the next block.
- One client at a time — you get my full attention, not a slice of it.
FAQ
What does it cost?
The discovery sprint is from €4,000. A build is from €20,000, priced per phase after discovery. An interim product lead is a monthly fee, agreed after discovery. Prices exclude VAT. Full list on the services page.
What's in scope?
One defined thing: a product, a feature, an integration, or a product team to lead. Discovery turns it into a written scope. Anything outside it is priced in writing before work starts.
Why a contractor and not a hire?
You get a senior product lead who also builds, for exactly as long as you need one. No hiring process, no notice period, and a clean handover at a date you know from day one.
Hours and time zones?
Remote by default, on-site for kickoffs and workshops. EU and UK time zones work best. US clients get a fixed overlap window. Either way, working hours are agreed in writing.
What happens after the engagement?
You get documented code, simple infrastructure and recorded walkthroughs. I can help you hire and onboard your own team, keep things running on a maintenance retainer, or we agree a new engagement.
