  Engineered a multi-vertical business process automation platform, incorporating AI orchestration and advanced monitoring capabilities.
• Scale-Up (Devices as a Service):
  Contributed to a DaaS platform (integrating finance, insurance, and device management) starting with a product audit, launching an upgraded B2B application, introducing a lightweight SDLC process and scoping a new data-intensive product.
• Startup (Marine Tech):
  Spearheaded MVP exploration, strategic roadmapping, and planning for an innovative marine insurance and vessel inspection platform.
• Scale-Up (E-commerce Marketplace):
  Drove B2B sector expansion for a gift card and voucher marketplace by providing go-to-market advisory, conducting competitive and customer need analysis, and creating a prioritized product roadmap.
• Startup (Real Estate Tech):
  Performed in-depth vision, strategy, and product reviews for a dynamic real-estate marketplace.
• Fortune 50 Company (E-commerce Platform):
  Platform Lead for 2+ years. Moved an entire B2B customer base from spreadsheets to self-service, built invoicing from scratch, improved checkout and fraud systems. $5M unlocked in 2 years.
• Scale-Up (E-learning SaaS):
  Championed critical security enhancements, managed an infrastructure upgrade, and facilitated the adoption of continuous delivery practices for a fast-paced e-learning SaaS solution.
